    Description

Chesley Bonestell Signed "The Exploration of Mars" Lithograph. This fabulous image of a landing crew on Mars was painted originally in the mid-1950s for a book of the same title; the original is in the National Air and Space Museum. This 36.5" x 23.5" print was produced in the 1970s by Viking Press and is signed at lower right. The number "117" is stamped on the verso. Stored rolled with some edge roughness that would mat out. Fine.
