Publication information in English as found on the outer folder: "The crews of the first-ever international, manned space flight, the Apollo Soyuz Test Project, took with them three works by the eminent Soviet scientist K. E. Tsiolkovsky as a token of respect for the author, and autographed them during the flight. 'Mashinostroeniye' Publishers is offering facsimile editions of these 'space travelers' to mark the 60th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution and 20 years of the space age." Please note: these publications are not vintage, neither are they signed or flown; they are exact duplicates of those that did. Scarce. Outer slipcase in fair condition, contents fine.
