    Apollo 8 Target of Opportunity (ATO) Flight Chart and Earth Orbit Revolutions Two and Three (AEO) Charts. As follows:
    ATO: A 58" x 14" first edition Mercator projection Moon map, B&W with numerous printed annotations in color, dated December 6, 1968, for a December 22 launch date. It shows photographic opportunities while in orbit around the moon; target information for the crew is marked with symbols indicating use for different lens sizes. Original folds, fine.
    AEO: Two 41" x 13.5" first edition Mercator projection color Earth maps dated November 26, 1968, for December launch dates illustrating the second and third orbits before Apollo 8 began its journey to the moon. Original folds, fine.
    Great for display or obtaining autographs. From the family collection of the late Donald T. Hamilton, a NASA engineer of 40+ years' service.
