    Description

Apollo 8 Crew-Signed First Day Cover Directly from the Family Collection of Astronaut Richard Gordon. A philatelic cover for the 6¢ "Apollo 8" stamp first day cancelled at Houston, Texas, May 5, 1969, with a simple color cachet of the mission insignia. Nicely signed in black felt tips: "James Lovell", "Frank Borman", and "Anders". Very fine.

A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany this lot.
