    Description

Apollo 8 Crew-Signed Dollar Bill in Framed Display. A Series 1963A $1 United States Note, serial number K83055999B featuring signatures from the full crew of this historic mission. Apollo 8 was a significant milestone for NASA, achieving the first manned Lunar Orbit. Complete crew signatures from this mission are uncommon, and having them on a single note of currency adds another level of rareness. The note was acquired by an employee of a Houston bank whom periodically interacted with Apollo era astronauts. Signed in black felt tip: "James Lovell", "Frank Borman", and "Bill Anders". Fading to the signatures, note and frame very fine.
