    Apollo 7 Flown LMP Flight Checklist Page Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission Lunar Module Pilot Walt Cunningham, Signed and Certified, with Signed COA. A 5.5" x 8" page on light cardstock, two hole punched, pages SIVB SEP 1 & 2 (Saturn IVB rocket separation). This lists the step by step procedures for separating the CSM from the Saturn booster at 2:55 hours into the mission. The procedure continues through pulling away and turnaround. This was used by Cunningham during the flight and has his handwritten notations. He has signed on the front: "Flown and used during the/ flight of Apollo 7/ Walt Cunningham". Fine condition. From the Steven R. Belasco Collection of Space Memorabilia.

    Included with this lot is a 2004-dated signed Certificate of Authenticity from Cunningham stating, in full: "I hereby certify that this Flown LMP Flight Checklist Page is from my personal collection."
