    Description

    Ex. Gene Cernan

Apollo 17 Lunar Module Flown Checklist Page Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission Commander Gene Cernan, Signed and Certified, with Multiple Certificates of Authenticity. An 8" x 5.5" page (9-15) from the Apollo 17 LM Contingency Checklist that flew to the lunar surface in December 1972. It is signed by Cernan in blue felt tip: "Aboard Challenger/ With Us/ On the Moon- Gene Cernan". Included are COA's from both Chet Diamond and Moonpans, as well as a CD produced by Chet Diamond with images of all 111 pages of the checklist. Lunar surface flown items are not common, and one from the final mission to the Moon is significant. A superb, well provenanced relic. Excellent.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
