A three panel B&W lunar surface map photographically printed on a heavy and durable material called Cronoplaque, 8" x 31.5" overall, first edition, dated February 4, 1972. Duke has signed the middle panel: "What a Ride! What a Ride!/ Lift Off from Descartes/ April 23, 1972/ Charlie Duke/ Apollo 16 LMP".
