    Apollo 15 Launch and Deep Space EVA Covers (Three) Signed by Al Worden. As follows. (1) A philatelic "Launch Day" cover with a stamped cachet, cancelled July 26, 1971, at Kennedy Space Center, signed in blue ink: "Al Worden/ Astronaut". (2) A cover postmarked August 5, 1971, at Cape Canaveral, Florida, with a stamped cachet celebrating "Alfred Worden retrieve file cassettes photos of the lunar surface" during a daring, first-ever deep space EVA to retrieve film from the SIM bay, signed in black ink: "Al Worden". (3) A cover cancelled August 5, 1971, at Jackson, Michigan (his birthplace), with a stamped cachet "We Salute Apollo 15 C-M Pilot Al Worden Walk in Space", signed in blue ink: "Alfred M. Worden". All excellent.
