    APOLLO 11

Apollo 11 NASA "Preliminary Apollo 11 Flight Plan AS-506 / CSM-107 / LM-5" Book [and] "Preliminary Option 1 Apollo 11 Flight Plan AS-506 / CM-107 / LM5" Book. An original 8" x 10.5" five-hole punched, staple-bound manual of approximately 280 pages, dated April 15, 1969, as issued to Jim Fucci, housed in a binder. It is divided into six major sections: "General", "Update Forms", "Detailed Timeline", "Detailed Test Objectives", "Consumables", and "Summary Flight Plan". The Detailed Timeline is particularly interesting- 134 pages of crew activities, planned minute by minute. Notations. A seldom-seen original document for the most renowned mission of the entire space program. Very fine.

Also included is an original 8" x 10.5" five-hole punched loose-leaf manual labeled "Enclosure 4" and dated May 9. 1969. The Memorandum page in front states that this includes: "A new detailed timeline from docking to splashdown. This incorporates a sleep period prior to TEI (TEI delayed 12 hours from the nominal plan) and incorporates the postdocking back contamination procedures." Very fine.
