DescriptionApollo 11 Crew-Signed Washington Post Moon Landing Newspaper Reprint Originally from the Personal Collection of Buzz Aldrin. A sixteen-page newspaper, 14.5" x 21.5", dated July 21, 1969, with the bold headline "'The Eagle Has Landed' --- Two Men Walk on the Moon". It is neatly signed by all three in black felt tip at the upper right corner: "Buzz Aldrin", "Neil Armstrong", and "Mike Collins". The two large photos on the front page picture Aldrin and Armstrong planting the U.S. flag on the moon and Armstrong taking his first steps on the moon. This reprint was likely issued on one of the anniversaries of the original issue. Certainly excellent for display. Stored with one fold, a second fold is flattened and barely noticeable, very fine overall.
