    Description

    Apollo 11 Command Module Flown Kapton Foil. A 1.125" x 0.75" piece of the polyimide film that was a part of the thermal protection system for the Command Module Columbia on its historic flight. This piece was removed from the spacecraft after splashdown by Rockwell employee O. W. Nasse in August 1969. It is attached to a signed Certificate of Authenticity from SpaceCoast Cover Service.
