    "King of the moon"

Alan Bean Signed Large Apollo 12 Lunar Surface Color Photo with an Extensive Annotation. A stunning 16" x 20" silk finish image on Kodak Endura paper of Bean as he stepped down from the LM ladder to the surface of the moon. He has signed in gold felt tip: "Stepping into the/ Ocean of Storms for 26 hrs./ of great lunar exploration./ No time to put my hands on my/ hips and be/ 'King of the moon'/ Alan LaVern Bean/ Apollo 12/ Lunar Module Pilot/ November 14, 1969". Very rare with this quote and his full-name signature. Great display piece. Excellent.
