    Soviet 1970 Visit: Cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova Signed Color Photo Obtained at COSPAR XIII Directly From The Armstrong Family Collection™, CAG Certified. A 4" x 5.75" photo of her in uniform, signed in blue ink on the front. Tereshkova was the first woman to have flown in space, having been selected from more than 400 applicants and five finalists to pilot Vostok 6 on June 16, 1963. Very fine. Sealed in a numbered archival holder, 1000288-006. This lot will include a Statement of Provenance signed by Neil Armstrong's sons, Rick and Mark.
