    Philatelia: Apollo 11 and Moon Landing Four First Day Covers Directly From The Armstrong Family Collection™, CAG Certified. Four philatelic covers, each with a 10¢ "First Man On The Moon" stamp (Scott #C76). All are dual postmarked Washington D.C., September 9, 1969 and Moon Landing, July 20, 1969. First Day of Issue machine cancellation. The first is a color cachet designed by Milton Caniff (Terry & the Pirates, Steve Canyon). The second shows highlights Neil Armstrong Planting the American flag on the moon. The third celebrates the Moon Landing with the Apollo 11 patch logo. And the final is an Artmaster cachet featuring artwork for Man's First Landing on the Moon. All are excellent. Each is sealed in a numbered archival sleeve, CAG 1002307-018, CAG 1002309-007, CAG 1002328-019, and CAG 1002325-019 respectively. This lot will include a Statement of Provenance signed by Neil Armstrong's sons, Rick and Mark.
