    Gemini-Era Flown Space Food Pouches (Two). As follows:
    Beef Pot Roast: A 3.5" x 10.5" still-sealed plastic pouch with a label on the front: "BEEF POT ROAST/ 3 oz. Water/ 10-15 minutes"; on the verso of the package is a label with the Serial No. "F3177" as well as a piece of Velcro.
    Chicken with Vegetables: A 3.5" x 10.5" still-sealed plastic pouch with a label on the front: "CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES/ 3 oz. Water/ 15-20 minutes"; on the verso of the package is a label with the Serial No. "F3564" as well as a piece of Velcro. In as separate attached pouch is a single germicide tablet.
    These two pouches have been kept for many years in a plastic bag with a label that reads: "This meal went into space and back again on one of the Gemini missions."
