    Apollo-Soyuz Test Project Flown Checklist Cue Card Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission Docking Module Pilot Deke Slayton, with LOA. A 5" x 7.125" checklist on heavy cardstock with Velcro on the blank verso for easy attachment to the cabin control panel or wall. It is titled at upper left "SM EXP" and dated June 27, 1975. Slayton used and made notations on this during the mission in conjunction with three of the space sciences/ astronomy experiments. Fine condition with some soiling and signs of use. From the Steven R. Belasco Collection of Space Memorabilia.

    Included with this lot is a Letter of Authenticity signed by Slayton's widow, Bobbie, stating, in full: "This Checklist Card was flown on the Apollo Soyuz Mission and was personally used by Command Module Pilot Donald K. 'Deke' Slayton. It contains pencil notations made by him during the flight. It has been on loan for exhibition to the Astronaut Hall of Fame in Huntsville, Alabama. This item is genuine in all respects."
