    Description

Apollo 8: "Earthrise" Original NASA "Red Number" Color Photo, AS8-14-2383, with Autopen Crew Signatures. A vintage chromogenic 10" x 8" print on Kodak fiber-based paper bearing the "A Kodak Paper" watermark on the blank verso. This is one of the most iconic images of the entire twentieth century, taken from lunar orbit, in December 1968, of the Earth as it rises over the horizon. It has been signed using the autopen machine for all three crewmembers. Great for display. Several dents in photo upper left of the moon, light surface wear and minor curling at edges, very good.
