    Description

Apollo 17 Lunar Module Flown Camera Film Fragment on a Photo Presentation Certificate. A tiny piece (approximately 0.375" x 0.1875") of photographic film that was part of a roll used on the surface of the moon. It is mounted to a 10" x 8" Apollo 17 lunar surface color silk finish photo. Included is a photocopy of a printed certificate for the piece of film from which this was excised, signed by Richard W. Underwood who was Supervisory Aerospace Technologist at the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston. The text gives a summarized history of the film from launch to splashdown. Also included is a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Florian Noller, president of Spaceflori.com. Any surface-flown material from Apollo 17 is scarce and desirable. Excellent.
