Description
Apollo 15 NASA Authorized Official Lunar Rock Replica, Limited Edition #15076, in Elegant Display Case. A 3.5" x 2" x 2.5" odd-shaped gray rock held in place by a gold-colored padded 5.5" tall clamp, all on a hexagonal-shaped wooden base with a heavy Plexi dome. Overall dimensions are 7" x 7" x 7.75" tall. Engraved on a metal plaque beneath the rock is the following text: "Official Lunar Rock Replica/ #15076/ Authorized by NASA/ Doc. SN2-96-203". On the top of the dome is another plaque engraved: "Apollo 15/ Scott, Worden, Irwin/ July 26, 1971". First one from this mission we've encountered. Nice for display. Very fine.Auction Info
