It is signed as follows in gold and silver felt tips: "James Lovell/ Apollo 13 CDR", "Getting Ready for the PC-2 burn/ from Aquarius after passing around/ the moon!/ April 15, 1970 00:21:00 UTC/ Fred W. Haise/ Apollo 13 LMP", and "We figure we've got about 15 minutes/ of power left in the Command Module,/ so we want you to start getting/ over to the Lunar Module and/ getting power on that./ 'Mission Aborted April 14, 1970/ Jack Lousma/ CapCom/ Apollo 13".
