    Apollo 12 Flown and Flight-Used "SPS (Service Propulsion System) Burn" Quick Reference Checklist Cue Card Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission CMP Richard Gordon, with Signed Certificate of Authenticity. A 6" x 3.625" (overall) heavyweight printed card, dated October 20, 1969, odd-shaped and with three pieces of Velcro on the verso for mounting on the instrument panel. This card lists procedures for: SPS Burn; SPS Press Lt; Surge Tank Leak; O2 High; Rad Fail; and Evap Fail. A great piece of history. Excellent. From the collection of Steve Jurvetson.

    Included with this lot is a signed COA from Richard Gordon reading, in full: "I hereby certify that this Flown Instrument Panel Data Card is from my personal collection and was flown and utilized by me on the Apollo 12 mission."
