    Apollo 11 Original NASA Glass Film Slide, an Image of Buzz Aldrin with PSEP, Directly From The Armstrong Family Collection™, CAG Certified. A 2" square (sight size) positive transparency, NASA image AS11-40-5948, mounted in a hand-numbered 4" x 3.25" glass slide. It shows Buzz Aldrin after deploying the Early Apollo Scientific Experiments Package (EASEP) with a good view of the deployed equipment. In the foreground is the Passive Seismic Experiment Package (PSEP); beyond it is the Laser Ranging Retro-Reflector (LR-3); in the center background is the United States flag; in the left background is the black and white lunar surface television camera; in the far right background is the Lunar Module (LM). Neil Armstrong took this picture with a 70mm lunar surface camera. Rare and desirable. Excellent, sealed in a numbered archival slab, CAG 1001741-003. Included with this lot is a color glossy photo of this image printed from the NASA archives. This lot will include a Statement of Provenance signed by Neil Armstrong's sons, Rick and Mark.
