Apollo 11 Crew and President Nixon: Large Photo Signed on Presentation Mat. A 10.75" square B&W photo by Bill Taub of the Apollo 11 crew standing with President Richard Nixon at the Welcome Home ceremony at the White House on November 5, 1969. Vice President Agnew is visible next to Aldrin. The crew has signed authentically in black ink on the 13.5" x 16" mat beneath: "Neil Armstrong", "M Collins", and "Buzz Aldrin". The Richard Nixon signature at right is likely secretarial. The mat is trimmed a bit crookedly and there is some light tape staining on the mat below the photo. Generally, the flaws could be matted out when framed. A great piece. Overall very good. From the estate collection of legendary NASA photographer Bill Taub.
