Maker, Original Musikwerke Paul Lochmann, Leipzig, agent, Louis Rowedder, Lübeck, Germany, Serial #2730 circa 1905, 40 strung piano notes on gilt cast iron plate and 12 tuned tubular chimes played by opposite sides of disc, tubular bells play between the outermost (treble) piano tracks for fastest repetition, converted from coin-operated, weight driven to manual start/stop with electric motor drive, in walnut Art Nouveau style cabinet with carved stylized floral grille to glazed door, agent's plaque and pierced floral pediment above, on matching disc storage cabinet with fall-front door, with ten discs, unrestored.
