    Victorian Copy of an Early Two-Handed Broadsword.
    Handsome recreation of an early two-handed broadsword with a 49 1/4-inch blade. Marked on ricasso: MIT / GOTT / WONEM?? / THATEN / THVN and [star] design on reverse. 17 3/4-inch figurative and ornate crossguard with two heavy ornate ring guards with medieval scenes. Green velour covered two-handed 12-inch wood grip with stud decoration and grotesque decorated pommel. No scabbard present. Overall length is 67-inches.

    Condition: Good to very good, showing age wear, pitting and dark patina overall with traces of surface rust focusing on bottom half of blade. Blade with minor chips on edges. Grip wrap with discolorations and losses.
