    Lot of Three Military Swords: European Infantry Officer's Small Sword and Two Half-Basket European Officers' Swords Reminiscent of the U.S. Model 1902 Officers' Saber. Includes 1) Unidentified European small sword with German silver hilt, re-wrapped grip and a 34" triangular unmarked blade. Brass hunting horn mounted to obverse counter guard. Blade with a mottled smooth gray patina. Folding counter guard button lacking. Scabbard with shallow surface pits. Nickel-plated scabbard. 2) European Officers' saber made in 1915 by the French firm Chatellerault. Grip cracked, else very good condition. 3) European Officers' saber with a Toledo made blade and etched "W. P. EDGERTON" on the back strap. Plated iron scabbard with two mounting rings.
