    Lot of 2 Interesting Swords.
    Comprising: 1) 32-inch slightly curved blade, ricasso marked on one side T.F. EICKHORN / WM JOHN and IN SOLINGEN on the other. Gold tone etching on both sides including a Panoply of Arms and Armor features. Great Floral work on spine. Ceremonial and friendship design on hilt. Contained in brass scabbard. 2) 33-inch curved blade marked P W T on ricasso. Panoply of Arms motif among others adorning the lower portion of the blade. Contained in brass scabbard. Please note, although these items do not appear on The Hearst Corp. invoice, it is believed it is where they came from according to the consignor. Possibly itemized on another invoice, misplaced.
    Provenance: From the Estate of Shirley Temple Black.

    Condition: Both sword blades in good condition with moderate wear overall. Both scabbards with numerous dents and bruising. Heavy wear to both scabbards near tip with heavy wear, dents and rust.
