    Description

    Civil War Non-Regulation Officers' Sword. 30 ¾-inch slightly curved blade with a narrow and wide fuller on each side. Faint traces of etching on both sides of the blade. No visible maker's mark, though likely German made. Grips covered in fish skin and wire wrapped. Pommel and guard with floral decoration. Accompanied by a leather scabbard with a single remaining brass mount.

    Condition: Good. Brass hilt with a uniform patina. Blade dark with some light scattered surface rust. Blade a bit loose in the grip. Leather scabbard missing most of the finish and lacking several inches of the tip. Lacking brass throat.
