    The blade with 71.7 cm cutting edge and fine choji hamon. Tight itame hada. Nakago is suriage with 2 mekugi-ana. Full 11 character Shigetaka signature. Condition of blade in almost full bright old polish. Showing all details and only very minor shintetsu in the shonigi-ji. Signature portion of nakago in beautiful Conditon has been clipped below the taka character and machi has been raised approximately 6 cm. Beautiful sword contained in samurai mounts with iron fuchi-kashira. Unusual shaduko menuki with signatures. Heingo style tsuba and attractive lacquer saya with gold foil decoration with some damage. Tsukamakie with damage. With NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon.
