    Scarce Folding Bowie "Explorer's" Knife by S.W. Silver, Cornhill. Having a 8 3/4-inch folding clip-point blade of polished steel. Left side of blade marked: Explorer's Knife. Ricasso marked: S.W. Silver/& Co./Cornhill. Lockback feature. Oval German silver push-button blade release. Checkered horn grip scales held in place by seven steel rivets. Contained in original brown leather scabbard with integral steel locking security clip.
    Condition: Good to very good. Blade showing light wear and spotting. Hilt with light wear and patina. Mechanically crisp. Scabbard showing wear and scuffs overall. Tip with minor losses.
