    Description

Tack Decorated Pipe Tomahawk, late 1800s. Seventy hand carved brass tacks adorn the 16" hardwood haft. The forged steel blade measures 6-3/4" with a 1-1/4" pipe bowl and a 3" cutting edge. The head is slightly loose and the haft shows evidence of 4 missing tacks, otherwise, this piece is in very good condition with only mild wear from age and use.
