    Mansfield & Lamb Model 1860 Light Cavalry Sword. 35" bright, curved blade with "Mansfield & Lamb Forestdale R.I." marked on the reverse ricasso and "US / C.E.W. / 1865" on the obverse ricasso. Wire-wrapped leather grips. Brass hilt. Metal scabbard with two suspension rings. Blade bright with some small areas of spotting near the tip as a result of scabbard storage; one branch of the hilt broken and missing; leather wrapping scuffed; scabbard with small dents and a uniform layer of surface rust. Good condition.
