    Lot of Two (2) Custom Folders by Well-Known Knifemakers, Pardue & King.

    Comprising: 1) Approximately 7 1/2-inches overall. 3 1/4-inch damascus blade with thumbstud. Lockback folder marked KING [crown] on blade. Damascus bolsters, front and rear with exquisite pink Mother of Pearl scales over nickel silver liners. Nice lockup and blade seating. Satin finish backspacer. Note: According to research, Bill King is a charter member of the Florida Knifemakers Association and the local Gator Knife Club. Knife website reads "Mentored by Frank Centofante and Melvin Pardue in the 1970's."
    2) Approximately 7 1/2-inches overall. 3-inch satin polish blade with dual checkered thumbstud. Lockback folder marked PARDUE on blade. Brushed stainless steel bolsters, front and rear with exquisite pink Mother of Pearl scales over faint red liner feature. Nice lockup and blade seating. Filework from tang throughout backspacer. Jeweled, serrated release. Note: Mel Pardue started making knives in 1957. Mel joined the Knifemakers Guild in 1976.

    Condition: Both are Excellent. Minor use overall. Some dried grease spots to blade. Scales excellent.
