    Lot of Three Civil War Period Knives. Includes: 1) Crudely made knife with a 8" blade made from a file. Rectangular guard wood handle. Portion of socket bayonet scabbard used as sheath. Good condition. 2) Herbert Robinson English made Bowie knife with a 6" clipped-point blade. Checkered horn grips and leather scabbard with nickel-silver throat. The blade remains bright but a small portion of the reverse grip is lacking. Scabbard missing nickel-silver tip. 3) Two utility knives of similar design, with blades measuring 7" and 8", contained in a hand-made leather sheath. Good condition. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg.
