    Large Bowie Knife by Schuyler Lovestrand.

    Approximately 14 1/2-inch overall. 9 1/2-inch two-tone blade, appears to be in high polish and satin finish. Ricasso marked LOVESTRAND. Sandbar stag scales. Brass guard. 440-C. A massive knife from a great knifemaker. Business card from Schuyler included when bought over 20 years ago with some notes regarding the knife on the back.
    Note: According to research, Knife Maker's Guild Member, Schuyler has been making knives for more than 17 years and apparently he currently has an 18 month waiting list. Only attends one show a year according to multiple sources.

    Condition: Excellent, Minor handling and storage wear. Brass toning and spots near pins.
