    Wostenholm IXL Camp Knife and Scabbard. Having a 10 1/4-inch spearpoint blade, the left side marked: [etched federal eagle]/G. Wostenholm & Son/Washington Works/Sheffield. Ricasso marked: IXL.. German silver crossguard. Ivory scales held by four German silver rivets. Vacant German silver escutcheon on left scale. Contained in original black leather scabbard with nickel-plated steel mounts. Gilt-trimmed leather with IXL legend in center. Condition: Fine to excellent. Blade retaining much original polish with scattered patches of surface rust present from storage in scabbard. Hilt excellent. Scabbard fine with oxidation to mounts and missing belt stud.
