Fantasy Knife with Sheath by Hibben.

Approximately 14-inches overall. Satin finish with 8-inch Damascus blade. Scrollwork engraving on guard. Ricasso etched HIBBEN KNIVES / LOUSVILLE KY / GIL HIBBEN (signed). Same side appears to have AB 85 or GB 85 marked as well. Stag handle. Comes with unmarked brown hard leather sheath with outlined stitching which fits knife well, guards exposed.
Note: According to his website, Hibben Knives is solely owned and operated by Gil Hibben in Kentucky. Hibben has been a full time custom knifemaker for over 60 years, since 1957. Hibben designed the first line of Browning hunting knives in the 60's, American Kenpo Knife for Ed Parker and the Rambo Knife for the films Rambo III and Rambo.

Condition: Good to very good. Unfortunately, handling and storage has affected the condition, spots and some fine rust are present primarly around scrollwork. Overall, still a great example that needs some TLC. Sheath in very good condition with some scuffs and wear.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
