    Lot of Four Socket Bayonets.
    Comprising: 1.) British Socket Bayonet. Serial no. 507. 21 1/2-inch blade. Various British proofs to blade and scabbard. 2.) US Marked Socket Bayonet. Serial no. 24. 16-inch blade marked: US / TA. 3.) Unmarked Socket Bayonet. 18-inch blade. Metal scabbard and leather frog with NJ brass medallion. 4.) US Marked Socket Bayonet. 18-inch blade. Leather scabbard marked: 279 1886.

    Condition: 1.) Scabbard simply the two brass end and metal bar, leather is almost completely gone. 2.) Good. Scattered wear and pitting. Some staining to socket. 3.) Good. Pitting and wear present on both bayonet and scabbard. 4.) Good. Noticeable pitting throughout. Leather with some minor discoloring and cracking.
