    An Unusual and Possibly Showa Period Heavy Japanese Wall Cannon with Heavy Brass Barrel.

    Approximately 1-inch bore. Barrel decoration of most unusual 12 silver inlaid roundels and 3 chevron, 2 copper one silver. Barrel length approximately 18-inches. Round barrel with top flat. Flat lock of characteristic form inlaid with 2 lines of copper and 1 of silver. Fishtail butt with brass flowered design to hold match. Walnut stock Tanigishima form.

    Condition: Good as configured showing contemporary features. Minor bumps and hadnling wear. Action works. Bore is very good.
