    A Fine Shinto Katana by Kiku Mon Kinmichi in Shirasaya.
    The blade with 76.2 cm. cutting edge and very broad. With extremely complex notari hamon. Gigane Sprinkled with jinie throughout hamon and hada in Satsuma. Nakago with 8 character kinmichi signature and kiku mon. Slighlty machi okuri. Condition of blade in full bright polish with details. Extremely minor looseness but no appreciable kizu. Nakago in pristine condition with perfect "wet surface" to mekugi-ana. Sword is unique in that kinmichi blades are normally 64-68 cm. narrow while this is the largest by this Mastersmith we have encountered. Blade comes with silver foil wrapped habaki and contained in quality honoki wood shirasaya. With NBTHK Hozon paper.
