    A Fine Kanbun Shinto Katana by the Famous Iga no Kami Kinmichi, Signed and Dated.
    The beautiful autograph work has a blade with a 66.5 cm cutting edge and classic Kinmichi undulating notare hamon etame hada. The shinogi-ji with wide hi. Ubu nakago with 2 mikugiana and beautiful branch with flowering kiku. 6 character kinmichi signature and rarely encountered date and what appears to be a custom order. Gilt copper habaki. Blade is in full polish with no appreciable defect, one extremely minor scuff just forward of habaki. Nakago is perfect with lovely patination and beautiful rendered kikumon. Rare blade contained in a honoki wood shirasaya.
