    Winston S. Churchill. The World Crisis. London: Thornton Butterworth Limited, [1923-1931]. Mixed editions; signed by the author in Volume I on the first blank: "Winston S. Churchill / May 24. 1923." Six large octavo volumes. Illustrated. Publisher's full dark blue cloth bindings, front boards stamped in blind, spines lettered in gilt and ruled in blind. Binding of volume I is a bit darker than the other volumes; some general wear, soiling to all volumes; several tears to bindings; bookplates in a few volumes; a few volumes with ownership signatures. Generally a good set. Volume I is a second edition, second printing, volume II is a first edition, third printing, volumes III-VI are first editions, first printings. Each volume that requires an errata slip has it present.
