    William Hogarth. The Works of William Hogarth from the Original Plates Restored by James Heath... London: Baldwin and Craddock, [n.d., ca. 1820's]. Large folio. Approximately 25 x 19 inches. [ii], ix, [1, blank], 42 pages. With 116 plates (including two portraits), complete. In addition, this volume has two (of three) suppressed plates laid-into a custom-made pocket in the rear. Eighteenth-century half burgundy morocco over marbled boards, spine tooled in gilt in compartments six raised bands, black gilt morocco lettering label. Rebacked, preserving most of the original spine, edges of binding neatly reinforced with later rose morocco, frontispiece portrait with repairs to outer margin, a few plates with marginal repairs or a few short tears, a few tears to text leaves, marginal repairs to suppressed plates. Still, a very good copy.
