Profusely illustrated with engraved frontispiece, lithographic and chromolithographic plates (some fold-out), and text illustrations. Half red morocco over marbled boards, stamped in gilt. Corners rubbed, moderate edgewear, rubbed and worn with some losses to paper. Marbled endpapers. Internally generally clean; some foxing, slightly toned along margins and edges, minor text block edgewear. Very good.
