    Collection of Seventeenth-Century Deeds. Circa 1639 - 1697. Including: A grant from Robert hall of Burringham (1639); a receipt from Winphrey Colquhoune of Kenmuir (1697); A bond from Charles Earl of Monmouth to Joseph Haskin Styles (1696); a deed regarding an oxgang of land at Fangoss, Yorks (1682); a receipt from Dame Elizabeth St. John (1687); a conveyance of estate at Wilford and Clifton, Notts (1608) and a bond dated 1697. Manuscript on vellum or parchment, Various sizes, largest measuring approximately 15 x 21.50 inches. Stamped and signed, some with wax seals or fragments remaining. Folded, with light foxing and soiling. Overall very good. From the collection of Judith Adelman.
