Frankfurt: [Sigismundi Feyerabendii], 1582. Later edition. Folio. [xxxii], 528, [51, annotations], [1, blank], [183, index], [1, blank] pages. Text in Latin. Contemporary calf, central motif stamped in blind on front and rear boards, five raised bands and gilt titles on spine, all edges red. Boards and board edges rubbed with some abrasions and chipping to leather, upper corners of boards as well as lower corner of rear board bumped. Front hinge starting, small wormholes in outer margin of text block affecting minimal portions of marginal type, thin lines of water staining along page edges, lower corners of terminal leaves lightly dampstained, occasional ink annotations in margins, some soiling here and there. A very good copy.
