    Recording the dissents of members of the House of Lords to the Treaty with Spain, particularly those provisions guaranteeing Spanish rights to Tuscany and Parma and which fail to secure British rights to Gibraltar. Both Sabin and Evans record a Boston reprint of this item in 1730. Evidently not in NUC. Not in Kress. Evans 3285 and Sabin 42054 [ref.].
