    Octavo. 308, [4, blank] pages. Publisher's full green cloth, front board stamped in blind, spine lettered in black. In original publisher's dust jacket. Cloth spine a bit dull, some edgewear to binding, front board soiled, endleaves toned and offset. Skewed. Jacket restored and repaired, jacket toned and thumbsoiled, with a few creases, a few small chips to front flap at fore-edge. Good.
