    Publisher's full blue cloth, front cover and spine elaborately tooled and lettered in gilt, dust jacket. Jacket spine sunned, some wear to spine, corners and panels, somewhat chipped. Cloth spine heavily rubbed, some rubbing, soiling to covers, front hinge cracked, several pages overopened. Shaken and skewed. A good copy with an excellent association.
